Bridges Home & Community Services is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to join our Human Resources team and play a vital role in employee training, payroll administration, and HR operations. About the Role As the Human Resources Coordinator, you will help ensure employees receive the training and support they need to be successful, process bi-weekly payroll , manage personnel records, support onboarding activities, and departmental administration. You will serve as a key resource for employees and managers on routine HR, payroll, and training-related matters. What You'll Do Coordinate and track required employee trainings and certifications. Schedule and maintain records for orientation, First Aid/CPR, DSP training, and annual compliance training. Monitor certification renewals and training compliance. Facilitate and deliver training programs as assigned. Process bi-weekly payroll accurately and on time. Review and audit employee time records. Assist with payroll corrections and employee payroll inquiries. Maintain payroll records and related documentation. Maintain confidential personnel files and electronic employee records. Assist with onboarding and offboarding activities. Support HR compliance efforts, audits, and recordkeeping requirements. Assist with employment verifications and routine HR administration. Schedule meetings and training sessions. Maintain departmental filing systems and training records. Support daily HR operations and special projects.
