Human Resources Coordinator:

You'll be: Providing quality and comprehensive support to employees and Unit HR on key HR processes and transactions Delivering exceptional customer service by researching, resolving, and responding to HR inquiries in a timely and professional manner Administering HR processes including talent acquisition, internal transfers, organizational management, employee record maintenance, and training administration Creating and maintaining local document management systems and preparing moderately complex documents using standard office software Gathering and summarizing HR data for reports; supporting HR data analysis and identifying trends to inform business decisions Processing payroll data, preparing payroll reports and reconciliations, and administering onboarding/offboarding activities Building effective relationships within the internal organization and contributing to management of partnering relationships Participating in continuous improvement projects and proposing solutions for process efficiencies This job might be an outstanding fit if you: Have minimum of an Associate's Degree Possess basic experience with office or operational systems Demonstrate strong verbal communication, planning and organizing, and computer skills Are skilled in data collection and analysis, action planning, numerical review and reporting, and payroll management Can maintain confidentiality and adhere to organizational policies and relevant regulatory codes Are detail-oriented, customer-focused, and proactive in resolving queries and supporting HR colleagues Are eligible to work in the United States (Visa candidates will not be considered now or in the future) What happens next Once you apply, you'll proceed to next steps if your skills and experience look like a good fit.
