HUMAN RESOURCES ADMINISTRATOR

We are looking for a Human Resources Administrator to join our team of employee-owners at our Moline, IL location.

Responsibilities will include:

Interviewing for entry-level hourly positions New employee orientation and onboarding Maintaining training and personnel files Timekeeping Work comp administration Safety program administration Facilitating employee ownership committee and activities and other duties as required Candidates with experience in the following areas preferred: HR Generalist background Industrial or Manufacturing Experience ADP payroll/HRIS system Position to work onsite to support 3-shift 24x7 production environment.
