Human Resources Coordinator Gallatin, TN 37066 Hybrid work From $18 an hour - Part-time, Full-time From $18 an hour - Part-time, Full-time Join the M&M Global Staffing team and play a critical role in ensuring FedEx Pickup & Delivery contractors are fully staffed with qualified drivers when it matters most. You will participate in the end-to-end recruiting process in a fast-paced logistics environment and make a direct impact on on-time deliveries. Key Responsibilities Partner with FedEx P&D contractors to gather urgent hiring needs and route coverage requirements Post and promote job openings across multiple platforms; manage high-volume applicant flow Conduct phone screens and initial interviews to evaluate driver qualifications Order background checks, MVR reviews, DOT drug tests, and physicals as part of the initial screening process Facilitate offer letters, onboarding paperwork, and orientation scheduling Update an online tracker and report weekly hiring metrics and candidate pipeline status Lead weekly new hire orientation sessions Abilty to attend in person meetings at the FedEx terminal twice per month or as needed during peak season. Qualifications 2+ years of recruiting or HR experience; logistics or transportation industry preferred Solid understanding of DOT regulations and FMCSA Clearinghouse processes Exceptional communication, organization, and time-management skills Proven ability to juggle multiple accounts and priorities under tight deadlines Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office suite Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends during the peak season (October - December) Knowledge of state and federal labor laws preferred Prior experience order background screens and drug tests.
