1st Shift Job Summary Human Resources Coordinator II responsible for supporting HR Operations, employee experience processes, payroll activities, onboarding/offboarding coordination, HR data management, and employee support services in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities (Mobile-Friendly) Support HR operations and employee experience activities Process payroll and maintain employee records Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes Respond to employee and HR-related inquiries Prepare HR reports, reconciliations, and documentation Maintain confidentiality of employee information Support HR data analysis and reporting activities Collaborate with HR teams on process improvements Ensure HR service level agreements are met Assist with organizational management and transfer activities Core Duties HR operations support Payroll and time management coordination Employee onboarding/offboarding administration HR reporting and data analysis Employee records and documentation management Work Environment / Role Nature Hybrid work environment (4 days onsite / 1 day remote) In-office training for first 2-3 months Collaborative HR operations and employee support environment Interaction with employees, HR teams, and business stakeholders Required Skills HR operations or administrative support experience Payroll and employee data management experience Microsoft Excel and MS Office proficiency Strong communication and customer service skills Multi-tasking and organizational skills Attention to detail and confidentiality handling Analytical and problem-solving abilities Preferred Skills Experience with SuccessFactors modules
  • Preferred HR shared services or HR operations center experience
  • Preferred Process improvement and change management exposure
  • Preferred Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
