Effective human resource management is central to ProSight's business strategy. We're looking for a highly organized and people‑focused Human Resources Coordinator to support our recruiting, onboarding, and employee engagement efforts. In this role, you'll help create a positive experience for candidates and employees while keeping HR operations running efficiently.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate recruiting communications and respond to candidate inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Schedule interviews, manage calendars, and coordinate logistics with candidates and hiring managers. Support candidate screening efforts as needed. Proactively source candidates across platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, etc.) Maintain Applicant Tracking System (ATS) ensuring data accuracy, reporting integrity, and workflow consistency. Maintain job postings and candidate records. Update all materials related to new hire onboarding and candidate communications to ensure information is current and relevant. Assist with onboarding activities to ensure a positive new hire experience. Support employee recognition programs, employee engagement initiatives and training and development offerings. Adhere to the highest degree of professional standards and strict confidentiality on matters that require discretion. Work effectively with employees and managers throughout the organization to provide information, guidance and support. Provide back-up to other Human Resources team members as needed. Support other HR initiatives and projects as assigned.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and 1-3 years of HR, recruiting, or related experience Proven ability to handle sensitive, confidential information Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships at all levels Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail Effective interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills with a high degree of emotional intelligence Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and ability to learn HR systems. Experience supporting a hybrid or multi-location workforce The salary range for this position is $50,000 - $65,000. Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as skills, experience, education, job-related knowledge and market considerations. This role is eligible for an annual incentive plan based on business results and individual performance.
