Job Description
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Partner closely with the Legal Recruiting Manager to execute 1L and 2L student recruiting efforts. Coordinate law student interview schedules, including sending calendar invitations and confirmation communications with students and attorneys. Assist with strategy and logistical coordination for law school recruiting initiatives and the firm's summer associate program. Perform administrative tasks related to recruiting, including maintaining accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and updating recruiting reports and charts. Serve as a firm liaison with search firms, law students, and career services professionals. Propose, plan, and execute initiatives toward firm visibility with respect to law students. Support lateral associate hiring efforts by posting open positions and coordinating interview logistics, including scheduling meetings, setting up video conferencing, reserving conference rooms, and preparing interview materials. Coordinate new hire orientation schedules and assist with onboarding logistics. Plan, coordinate, and attend recruiting events as necessary. Must be willing to work overtime as required, particularly during peak recruiting periods from May through July and January through February.QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience. At least two years of increasing experience in an administrative, human resources, or recruiting role; prior law firm experience strongly preferred. Must be a team player and exercise good judgement. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers and external partners. Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure and have a professional demeanor. Able to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines and priorities. Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Salary:
$70,000-$80,000. The salary offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to years of experience within the job, years of experience within the required industry, education, etc. This is a hybrid role with the expectation of 3 days in the office.
