About the Role The Onboarding Program Coordinator provides high-quality operational support to Sales and Recruiting by managing the end-to-end onboarding process for consultants and suppliers. This role serves as a key point of contact, ensuring compliance with company policies, client requirements, and federal and state regulations while delivering an exceptional onboarding experience. What You'll Do + Manage the full lifecycle of consultant onboarding, including background checks, drug screenings, documentation, I-9 and E-Verify compliance, and client-specific requirements + Oversee supplier onboarding, ensuring all approval, setup, and compliance standards are met + Maintain accurate and audit-ready consultant and supplier records in alignment with established file standards + Ensure proper FLSA classifications and escalate exceptions or concerns to Onboarding Leadership as needed + Conduct quality reviews and final audits of onboarding documentation, including peer-submitted work + Serve as a subject matter expert on onboarding processes, systems ( ATS / HRIS ), client nuances, and operational trends + Delivering responsive, professional support to inter To view full details and how to apply, please login or create a Job Seeker account
