Job Description
Upward Management Group is a growing consulting firm based in Maine looking for a part-time assistant to help organize and maintain our HR document hub and support day-to-day administrative tasks. This is a great opportunity for someone who loves being organized, is comfortable with technology, and is curious about the future of HR and AI tools. What you'll be doing: Organizing and maintaining digital files and folders in Microsoft OneDrive Helping inventory, label, and structure HR documents and templates Assisting with general administrative and HR support tasks as needed Learning and using AI tools as part of our workflow What we're looking for: Strong computer and tech skills — comfortable navigating Microsoft 365 (Word, OneDrive, Outlook) Some HR background is a plus, but not required — we're happy to teach the right person Genuinely curious about AI and eager to learn new tools Detail-oriented, organized, and self-directed
Hours:
Part-time, flexible scheduling This position is based out of our Bingham, ME work location with flexibility to work remotelyPay:
