Role:
Are you passionate about people and thrive in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment? As a People Support Center Representative, you'll be at the heart of the employee experience — processing critical HR transactions, resolving inquiries, and partnering cross-functionally to make every interaction count. From managing HRIS transactions like onboarding, position changes, and terminations, to serving as a trusted resource for employees and managers navigating HR services, you'll play a key role in keeping our people operations running smoothly. Success in this role comes naturally to those who bring sharp attention to detail, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to handle sensitive information with care and confidentiality.
Responsibilities:
People Transaction Processing
  • Verify, process, and input confidential employee data into the HRIS system, including onboarding, position changes, terminations, background check, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies. Employee & Manager Support
  • Respond to routine and semi-routine inquiries from employees and managers regarding HR services, providing guidance and ensuring timely resolution.
Triage inquiries to other PC teams when appropriate. Employee Relations Intake Support — Monitor the incoming employee relations and investigations requests for team member complaints, grievances, or workplace misconduct. Schedule and conduct intake calls ensuring fair and timely resolution. HR Document Management
  • Handle document scanning, printing, mail sorting, and maintaining accurate HR records. Status Tracking & Communication
  • Maintain proactive contact with employees and managers to provide status updates and ensure awareness until resolution. Collaboration & Coordination
  • Partner with HR teams and operations to ensure seamless HR processes and issue resolution.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent 2-3 years of experience in HR, shared services, customer service, or administrative support roles. Familiarity with HRIS systems Bilingual in
Spanish or Mandarin Chinese Preferred:
Familiarity with UKG Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
Additional Requirements:
Develops and maintains collaborative relationships with business partners, compliance and other teams within PC. Ability to multi-task and prioritize Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment. Able to handle company and employee confidential information Effective Oral and written communication skills Ability to deal with dissatisfied customers. Work under minimal direction while following standard policies and procedures. Excellent time management and problem-solving skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
