Full Job Description Overview:

As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will support our recruiting team to ensure a seamless hiring experience for candidates and hiring managers. You'll help manage high-volume recruitment by scheduling interviews, tracking candidate information, and handling administrative tasks. This role is a great fit for someone organized, detail-oriented, and eager to keep the hiring process running smoothly. This is a hybrid position in office 2 days a week, position and reports to our Gilbert, AZ headquarters.

Impact:
Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates, hiring managers, and interview panels. Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process to provide updates and answer questions. Assist the recruitment team with sourcing and identifying candidates through resume review and outreach. Support the recruitment team with job postings, sourcing activities, and recruitment events. Coordinate pre-hire and onboarding processes for new hires, including completing paperwork and required documentation. Track recruitment metrics and generate reports to inform hiring strategies. Ensure compliance with company policies, employment laws, and data privacy regulations. What You Bring to the
Role:
2+ years of experience in recruiting, HR, or administrative support. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Great communication skills, both written and verbal.
