Part-Time Recruiting Coordinator Location:
Charlotte, NC Remote:
Work from Home (WFH)
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 9:00 am - 3:00pm. (No evenings, weekends, or holidays)

We are a well-established Recruitment Advertising Agency with nearly three decades of industry leadership, is seeking a Part-Time Recruiting Coordinator to work from home (WFH) and join our team. This role is ideal for a professional who thrives in a structured, client-focused environment and is passionate about helping organizations find top talent through strategic advertising solutions. What You'll Do As a Recruiting Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of our client success and vendor management, ensuring seamless coordination across recruitment advertising campaigns.
Key responsibilities include:
Client Coordination and Support Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients Organize and manage recruitment advertising campaigns across platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter, and more Schedule and facilitate quarterly review meetings involving clients, vendors, and our internal team Campaign Execution and Analysis Set up and monitor client accounts on various job boards Communicate with vendors regarding campaign setup, status updates, and analytics Deliver campaign reports and insights with accuracy and timeliness Administrative Project Support Draft client contracts and manage renewals Create and post job ads, Google forms, and email campaigns Assist with resume screening and ongoing client communications What You Bring to the Team Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 1-3 years working successfully in work from home (WFH) environment, in a fast-paced professional environment Familiarity with recruitment tools/platforms (e.g., Indeed, LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter) preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and Microsoft Teams Strong verbal and written communication skills Superior attention to detail and follow-through Comfortable multitasking and managing priorities independently Client-first attitude with a solution-oriented mindset About our company As believers and followers of Jesus Christ, our aim is to glorify God in every aspect of our work. Pay:
