Job Description

Lifetime Outdoor Living is looking for an organized and motivated Recruiting & HR Coordinator to help us find and onboard great employees as we continue to grow.
Responsibilities:
Post and manage job listings Review and screen applicants Conduct phone interviews Schedule interviews with managers Attend local career fairs Follow up with candidates Coordinate onboarding and hiring paperwork Maintain employee and applicant records Find new ways to recruit quality candidates What we're looking for: Organized, outgoing, professional, good on the phone, and strong with follow-up. Recruiting or HR experience is preferred but not required.
Pay:
$20-$25/hour
Schedule:
20-30 hours/week to start
Location:
Orange County — must be locally available Opportunity to grow into a full-time HR/recruiting position as the company expands.
Pay:
$20.00 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 - 30.0 per week
