We are looking for a Recruiting Operations Coordinator that lives on mission and wants to change lives through recruiting as well.
Mission:
We Change lives by Bridging Great Candidates with Great Companies Description of the Role - Who You Are If you love bringing order to a fast-moving staffing business, supporting leadership, and keeping operations running cleanly, this is your sweet spot. This is a full-time role with a hybrid schedule in Knoxville, TN. You will be required to travel to our other offices for support on an as-needed basis. You will Own day-to-day operational execution across onboarding, offboarding, payroll coordination, timesheets, contractor support, reporting, vendor coordination, front desk/administrative responsibilities, corporate event planning, and executive support. We are looking for a highly organized operator who helps the team move faster, stay compliant, and serve clients and contractors with excellence. The right candidate will be a SERVANT-LEADER and an

individual. Who You Are NOT ☒ Someone who is disorganized , reactive , careless with details, or uncomfortable owning follow-through in a fast-moving staffing environment Requirements - Your Past Experience 2-4 years of experience in B2
B :
sales and ops support, payroll, office administration Experience handling timesheets, onboarding/offboarding paperwork, payroll support , or employee documentation Strong performance with systems and technology : Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, ATS/CRM systems, and sales software Strong follow-through managing multiple moving parts at once Able to communicate clearly with leadership, employees, contractors, and clients Strong Preferences Previous experience in staffing , workforce solutions, or contractor-based environments Experience supporting an owner, branch leader, recruiter, or sales team directly Experience with payroll processing, reporting, vendor coordination, and compliance documentation Roles & Responsibilities Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, weekly timesheet collection, payroll support, and contractor documentation Support owners, leaders, and sales team with reporting, follow-up, vendor coordination, and day-to-day operational execution Maintain front desk flow, internal files, communication responsiveness, and process discipline across the business Attitude & Skillset HIGH-CHARACTER and

Pay:
$40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
