Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). 3+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR, or related field. Solution and customer service oriented. Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR software. Passion for creating a positive candidate and employee experience. Description:
Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the process Greet candidates and ensure a positive experience throughout the interview process, including travel arrangements, scheduling resolution and meeting SLA timelines Support the onboarding process by partnering with internal teams, managing logistics, supporting Global New Hire Orientation and ensuring new hires have everything they need for a smooth start Partner with Internal Communications and Marketing to bolster employer brand messaging, enhancing Bose's presence across LinkedIn, BuiltIn and other websites Partner with our Early Talent team to support in coordinating campus recruiting events and internship/co-op programs, both in office and campus as necessary Identify areas of improvement throughout the scheduling and onboarding workflows, and propose solutions to make the processes more efficient Support the rollout and implementation of new initiatives and technologies, such as a coordination/scheduling tool, CRM, or other potential applications Provide administrative support for talent acquisition, including resume screening and sourcing for. Entry level roles Collaborate on special projects; including implementing and updating TA processes and communications across all platforms as our employment brand content evolves.
