Job Description

Provides administrative support to the Human Resources Coordinator. Oversees the maintenance of leave and attendance records, audits records, verifies monthly balances. Assists with new hire pre-processing. Types various forms, reports, and correspondence. Perform general office duties to include filing, answering telephones, greeting and assisting staff with questions about time, leave, benefits and payroll. Ensure adequate inventory of office supplies, forms and brochures. Guarantees the confidentiality of employee information is strictly maintained. Experience in human resources, SCEIS, & Kronos a plus. Must successfully complete four (4) weeks of SCDC Basic Training upon hire.
