Position Summary:
Cooperative Health is seeking an enthusiastic, mission driven individual to fill the position of Full Cycle Recruiter. Under the direction of the HR Manager, the Full Cycle Recruiter is responsible for managing the organization's full lifecycle recruiting function. The Recruiter partners closely with the HR Manager and HR Generalist to ensure a smooth candidate experience from sourcing through pre-employment, setting the stage for a seamless transition into onboarding. This is a part-time role with the opportunity to grow alongside the organization's recruiting needs.
Principal Accountabilities/Responsibilities:
Cultivates and maintains strong relationships with hiring managers through regular check-ins, intake meetings, and post-hire debriefs; supports workforce planning conversations to anticipate future hiring needs and strengthen the overall recruiting strategy. Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization. Manages job postings and advertisement processes across relevant platforms including LinkedIn, Indeed, and others as appropriate. Screens applications and selects qualified candidates to move forward in the interview process. Completes phone screenings and schedules interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Follows up with hiring managers after interviews are completed and maintains consistent candidate communication throughout the process. Coordinates pre-employment background checks and pre-screening appointments prior to time of hire; partners with the Employee Health & Safety Specialist for drug screenings and other pre-employment health requirements. Extends verbal and written offers to candidates; ensures offer details are accurately documented and communicated prior to handoff to the HR Generalist. Builds and maintains a talent pool of potential candidates and industry professionals for current and future hiring needs. Logs and maintains candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (Inova) and other internal databases. Utilizes Payscale for compensation benchmarking, market analysis, and pay equity reviews in partnership with the HR Manager. Measures and reports on recruiting metrics including source of hire, time-to-fill, and application flow. Attends and participates in community job fairs and recruiting events. Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations and company policies. Performs other duties as assigned.
Education & Experience :
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred. Minimum of two (2) years of recruiting experience; healthcare recruiting experience preferred. Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems; experience with Inova required. Experience with Payscale a plus. Familiarity with social networks, professional sites, and resume databases. Working knowledge of employment law and labor legislation. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong time management skills with the ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously. Competencies Ability to embody the mission and vision of Cooperative Health.
