Human Resources Coordinator (Staffing Industry) - HTI | Spartanburg, SC HTI is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to support high-volume hiring and deliver a smooth, compliant onboarding experience for new associates. The Human Resources Coordinator plays a critical administrative role within the recruiting team, ensuring orientations run efficiently, documentation is accurate, and hiring processes stay compliant. This is an ideal role for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with people in a fast-paced environment. What the Human Resources Coordinator Will Do Onboarding & Orientation Prepare and manage new hire orientations (paperwork, materials, computer setup) Check in new hires, verify schedules, and collect required documentation Administer assessments and assist new hires throughout orientation Conduct drug screens, background checks, and client-specific requirements Update applicant and hire statuses in Bullhorn Process and maintain accurate new hire files Compliance & Documentation Complete background checks and E-Verify for all associates Audit candidate files before and after orientation Ensure all hiring paperwork meets company and client compliance standards Recruiting & Office Support Participate in instant interviews as needed Provide administrative support to recruiters and operations staff Answer and route incoming calls Maintain office supplies and readiness for high-volume hiring Assist with job fairs as needed What We Need in a Human Resources Coordinator Required High School Diploma or equivalent Prior work experience (HR, administrative, recruiting, or customer service preferred) Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel Strong organization, accuracy, and attention to detail Ability to multitask and follow defined processes Clear written and verbal communication skills Preferred BA/BS degree Experience in manufacturing, staffing, or high-volume environments Customer service or people-facing experience Work Environment & Travel In-office, branch-based role with frequent associate interaction Occasional local travel to support nearby branches Why This Human Resources Coordinator Role Matters The Human Resources Coordinator is often the first face of HTI for new associates.
