The Human Resources Coordinator role is an exceptional entry point for an organized, curious, and people-oriented professional who is eager to build a career in HR. Working across two growing luxury brands, this position will provide hands-on exposure to many aspects of the HR function, with a particular focus on supporting our ongoing recruiting efforts as the organization continues to expand. This role is ideal for someone who is energized by connecting with people, enjoys staying organized in a fast-moving environment, and is interested in learning the foundations of Human Resources from the inside out. From helping create a welcoming candidate experience to supporting employee engagement initiatives and HR compliance, the Human Resources Coordinator will play an important role in supporting our people and our culture. This on-site position is based in North Charleston, South Carolina, and reports directly to the Human Resources Manager.
Your Day-to-Day:
Support the recruiting process from job posting through candidate communication and interview coordination Assist with sourcing candidates through recruiting platforms and outreach efforts Schedule interviews and help ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience Maintain accurate candidate records within recruiting systems and internal documentation Assist with onboarding logistics and help welcome new employees to the organization Support HR compliance initiatives including recordkeeping, documentation, and policy updates Assist with employee engagement initiatives, internal communications, and company events Help coordinate HR programs, meetings, and team initiatives Maintain HR files and systems with a high level of confidentiality and accuracy Provide general administrative and project support across the HR function as priorities evolve
What You Bring:
Genuine interest in building a career in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, or People Operations Internships, recruiting, or HR-related experience required Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field nice to have, but not required Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail Positive, collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn and take initiative
