Human Resources Intern
Your role Human Resources Intern Atlas Copco Group, Rock Hill, SC Atlas Copco Group is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Intern to join our HR team in Rock Hill, South Carolina. This internship provides hands-on experience across multiple HR functions, including benefits administration, payroll support, HR systems, and employee services. Responsibilities Assist with employee benefits administration, enrollment, and employee inquiries. Support payroll processes, data validation, and reporting activities. Help maintain and update employee records in SuccessFactors, Dayforce, and other HR systems. Provide support for HR Link inquiries and employee service requests. Assist with onboarding, offboarding, and general HR administrative tasks. Support data audits and ensure accuracy across HR platforms. Prepare reports and assist with HR metrics and analytics. Participate in special HR projects and process improvement initiatives. Collaborate with HR team members to support employee lifecycle activities. To succeed, you will need Qualifications Currently pursuing a degree or graduated within the past 12 months with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Interest in HR technology, payroll, benefits administration, and employee experience. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally. Experience with or interest in learning HRIS platforms such as SuccessFactors and Dayforce is preferred. In return, we offer Exposure to core HR functions within a global organization.
