Job Description

Schedule:
Monday - Friday 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Serve as the primary contact for employee inquiries, providing professional and timely customer service.
  • Manage general administrative and clerical duties, including answering the main phone line and handling correspondence.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee files, both physically and within the Oracle Fusion HRIS.
  • Reconcile temporary agency employee timesheets and process related invoices for timely payroll. Coordinate new hire onboarding, including submitting online background checks, preparing employee files, and assisting with benefits enrollment.
  • Administer the Kronos timekeeping system, including setting up new employee profiles, inputting daily time and attendance corrections, and managing the Kronos finger scanner.
  • Maintain labor tracking information in Kronos, generate reports, and input data into Excel spreadsheets for analysis.
  • Ensure compliance by verifying I-9 documentation and accurately processing new hire data through Greenhouse and Oracle Fusion.
  • Assist with offboarding procedures by processing termination paperwork.
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES
  • Proven ability to analyze and problem solve complex human resource issues.
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills. Strong organizational skills and time management abilities, including the capacity to prioritize work and develop realistic action plans.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, commitment to accuracy, and ability to monitor own work for quality.
  • Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and a proactive approach to following instructions and seeking feedback.
  • Proficiency in computer skills, particularly with HRIS systems (e.
g., Oracle Fusion, Kronos, Greenhouse) and Microsoft Office Suite. Background Check and Drug Screen required.
