Recruiter / Talent Acquisition SpecialistPosition Summary We are seeking a motivated and organized Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Human Resources team. This role will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruiting process for a variety of positions within a manufacturing environment. The Recruiter will partner closely with hiring managers to attract, evaluate, and hire top talent while providing an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Key Responsibilities Manage multiple open positions simultaneously, typically handling 15+ requisitions at a time. Post job openings and maintain accurate job advertisements across recruiting platforms. Review resumes and conduct initial candidate screenings. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers. Present qualified candidates to hiring teams and provide hiring recommendations. Guide candidates through the recruitment, offer, hiring, and onboarding process. Maintain candidate information and recruitment activity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. Partner with hiring managers and Human Resources to support workforce planning initiatives. Provide a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Typical Positions Recruited Engineers Equipment Maintenance Technicians Manufacturing / Factory Operators Warehouse Personnel Skilled Trades and Production Support Roles Qualifications Bachelor's degree required. 2+ years of recruiting, talent acquisition, human resources, or related experience preferred. Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) preferred. Agency recruiting experience and/or HR Generalist experience is highly desirable. Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills. Ability to manage a high-volume recruiting workload in a fast-paced environment. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers. Preferred Experience High-volume recruiting experience. Recruiting within manufacturing, engineering, industrial, or operations environments. Experience supporting full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through onboarding.
