Compensation:

You'll work closely with HR leadership to fill open roles across the organization and help shape a stronger, more skilled workforce. This is a newly created position with real opportunity to make an impact from day one.
Responsibilities include:
Managing all phases of the recruiting process, from sourcing to offer Partnering with HR and hiring managers to understand staffing needs Developing and managing internal training programs and initiatives Building strong candidate pipelines, particularly for production/manufacturing roles Supporting a high volume of open requisitions in a fast-paced environment Using HRIS and other software tools to track and manage recruiting activity
Requirements and Qualifications:
2+ years of recruiting experience for non-exempt, hourly, or production-level roles Experience managing the full recruiting process, sourcing through offer and onboarding Strong experience developing and/or managing employee training programs Prior experience training/onboarding employees in a manufacturing or production environment Strong communication skills About the
