Job Description
Human Resources Coordinator Remote Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resources Professional to provide administrative support across various HR functions. This role supports recruiting, employee/labor relations, compensation, benefits, training, equal employment opportunity, and employee records management. The ideal candidate will work under moderate supervision and is gaining or has attained full proficiency in specific HR disciplines. Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to one or more HR functions including recruiting, employee/labor relations, compensation, benefits, training, EEO, and employee records.
Process HR department applications such as employment and enrollment forms.
Maintain attendance and employment records accurately and timely.
Compile statistics and prepare various HR management reports.
Conduct pre-employment screening interviews and check references as needed.
Respond to routine questions regarding HR policies and procedures.
Qualifications
Associate degree or equivalent education/experience preferred.
1-3 years of related HR experience.
Ability to work under moderate supervision while gaining or demonstrating full proficiency in HR functions.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Familiarity with HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
