ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

$20 per Hour Monday - Friday Schedule | No Nights | No Weekends Midway Rehabilitation Center is seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant to join our team. This position provides administrative and clerical support for a federal residential reentry program and plays a vital role in the daily operations of our organization.

Position Responsibilities:

Provide administrative and clerical support for agency operations Prepare correspondence, reports, spreadsheets, and other documents Maintain accurate records and files Utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, Mail Merge, and Pivot Tables Answer and direct telephone calls professionally Assist staff, clients, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner Support special projects and perform other duties as assigned Completion of drug screens same sex only

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required Administrative or office experience preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel Experience with Mail Merge and Pivot Tables preferred Strong typing and computer skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record Ability to pass required background screening
