Are you ready to join a dynamic team where no two days are the same? OTICS USA, Inc. is seeking a full-time, non-exempt General Administration/Human Resources Associate to play a vital role in keeping our manufacturing plant operations running smoothly. In this highly engaging, multifaceted position based in an active open-office setting, you will be the ultimate coordinator-managing everything from high-level visitor reception and company event planning to domestic and international travel logistics, relocation support, and company vehicle maintenance. Offered at a competitive $17/hour, this critical role requires you to be able to communicate with employees that speak both English and Spanish. Being bilingual will be prefered for this role. We are looking for a self-motivated team player with a High School Diploma or GED, excellent computer proficiency (especially in MS Word and Excel), and ideally, a background in HR or a manufacturing environment. The standard schedule operates Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm or 4:00 pm, with the rare flexibility to work 2-3 hours on a weekend if a company holiday falls on a payroll week. Our hiring process typically features two rounds of in-person interviews, though virtual interview options may be available to help us find the perfect match for this exciting opportunity!

Preparation and distribution of company newsletter. Responsible for functions relating to company vehicles, including maintenance and inspections, insurance, and assigned use. Will assist in any claim issues or litigation support. Responsible for distribution and sending daily mail and other distribution materials. Will be responsible for maintaining and tracking office supplies. Will establish Kanbans for new items and maintain current Kanban system. Responsible for all travel and accommodations arrangement (flight tickets, hotel reservations, rental cars, etc.) Responsible for support for Japan members and family relocation. Will coordinate and maintain temporary housing for transferred members and trainers. Support all other departments as directed.
