Job Description
Human Resources Coordinator-Overnights Landrum is a leading HR service provider helping employers solve human capital challenges in areas such as staffing & recruiting, payroll, benefits, risk management, and consulting on talent strategy, organizational design, and workforce planning and analytics. The Human Resources Coordinator is an integral part of our Workforce Management Team. Focal points of this role are to improve workforce stability by developing relationships with key stakeholders and engaging the employees on the production floor. The Human Resources Coordinator will build upon the current culture of safety, quality and worker productivity established by our client, while driving employee satisfaction measured by retention and absenteeism rates. All processes and evaluations implemented should be to ensure a continued successful partnership and renewal of our Master Services Agreement.
Job Responsibilities:
Report to Site Performance Leader for daily assignments and guidance. This role will perform duties in one or more functional HR areas, such as onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, retention, policy compliance, and time and attendance tracking. Work closely with management and employees to improve working relationships, build morale, and increase plant-wide retention. Responsible for communicating, administering, and enforcing policies, procedures and documentation related to HR. Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions and grievance procedures. Maintain personnel records and ensure all HR databases are up to date with accurate information. Prepare injury and incident reports according to OSHA standards. Assist in preparing reports as needed using Excel and HRIS database. Review critical KPIs, collect data, and enter data into MS Teams. Execute warm handoffs to site leadership on the first day of a new team member's assignment. Hours Monday-Thursday 6PM-4:30AM Qualifications:
High School Diploma orG.E.D. 2-4
years of human resources related experience in an industrial environment. The ideal candidate is adaptable, proactive and professional with demonstrated capability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Knowledge of HR functions, including onboarding, employee relations, conflict resolution, performance management and HR administration. Proactive self-starter who can handle and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously with little supervision. Candidate must have a strong attention to detail and possess exceptional communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Experience with HRIS software, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.Compensation & Benefits:
