PARC Pigeon Forge, LLC, a division of PARC Entertainment, LLC ("PARC"), owns and operates the NASCAR SpeedPark in Sevierville, Tennessee. As an officially licensed attraction of the National Association for Stock Car Racing ("NASCAR"), the park offers exciting side-by-side go-kart racing on eight tracks, together with amusement rides, miniature golf courses, bumper boats, an arcade, and other family-oriented entertainment. Provide administrative and operational support to the Human Resources department by assisting with hiring, onboarding, orientation, employee support, recruiting, and office organization while maintaining confidentiality and following all company policies, procedures, and standards.KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Park-Wide Related Duties Maintain a professional, welcoming, and team-focused demeanor while interacting with guests and team members Support overall park operations by maintaining awareness of employee and operational needs Communicate concerns or operational issues to leadership as appropriate Follow all company policies, procedures, and standards at all times Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Maintain confidentiality regarding employee and company information Department-Specific Duties- Hiring and Recruiting Support Review employment applications and assist with candidate communication and scheduling Prepare interview schedules and interview materials for management Welcome interview candidates and assist with pre-interview processes Assist with onboarding paperwork, background checks, ID collection, and employment documentation Create and organize employee files for new hires Assist with recruiting events and hiring initiatives Department-Specific Duties•Orientation and Onboarding Support Complete preparation and setup for orientation classes, including materials and supplies Learn orientation process and complete classes Monitor onboarding completion and communicate reminders to new hires as needed Department-Specific Duties•Employee Support Assist team members with uniforms, nametags, and general HR-related questions Support employee engagement activities and monthly celebrations Assist with coaching conversations and employee communication as appropriate Department-Specific Duties•Administrative and Organization Complete I-9/E-Verify forms, employee records, and other HR documentation Maintain organized and accurate employee files and records Maintain cleanliness and organization of the HR office and conference room Assist with package distribution, email communication, spreadsheets, and administrative projects Department-Specific Duties•International Students Assist with arrival processes and onboarding support for J-1 international students Assist with J-1 orientations and communication regarding documentation and general questions Training & Development Gain hands-on experience in human resources operations within a fast-paced family entertainment environment Learn recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and orientation processes Develop professional communication, organizational, and administrative skills Gain exposure to employee relations, coaching conversations, and workplace professionalism Learn proper handling of confidential employee records and HR documentation Assist with HR systems, spreadsheets, filing systems, and operational workflows Support international student onboarding and communication processes Develop time management, multitasking, and problem-solving skills in a dynamic work environment Participate in cross-training opportunities to gain understanding of overall park operations and team support functions

- Currently enrolled in a related degree program such as Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field preferred Preferred Experience
- Administrative, customer service, or office experience preferred Specific Vision Requirements

- Ability to hear, understand, and respond to verbal communication and workplace interactions, including meetings, phone conversations, orientation presentations, and team member communication, in a professional office environment Special Skills
