JOB PURPOSE.
The HR, Compliance & Environmental Representative supports Blade Platforms by managing HR administration, regulatory compliance, environmental responsibilities, and ISO‑aligned documentation. This role ensures the organization meets federal, state, and environmental requirements while maintaining accurate records, supporting audits, and driving continuous improvement across HR, Safety, and Environmental Management Systems.   • Maintain employee records, onboarding documentation, and controlled HR forms.
  • Support recruitment, new hire processing, background checks, and pre‑employment compliance.
  • Assist with employee relations, investigations, corrective actions, and documentation.
  • Track training, certifications, and competency records.
  • Support benefits administration, PTO tracking, and HR reporting.
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure HR processes align with legal requirements. Regulatory & Compliance Management
  • Monitor federal, state, and industry regulations (OSHA, DOT, ADA, FMLA, ISO).
  • Maintain compliance calendars, renewal schedules, and required reporting deadlines.
  • Support internal and external audits, including ISO 9001/45001 and customer audits.
  • Manage document control, versioning, and controlled forms.
  • Assist with incident reporting, investigations, and follow‑up documentation.
  • Maintain DOT compliance records (driver files, MVRs, drug/alcohol testing, SPH, etc.). Environmental Representative Responsibilities
  • Serve as the designated Environmental Representative for Blade Platforms.
  • Maintain environmental compliance documentation, logs, and
ISO 14001
‑aligned records (if applicable).
  • Monitor environmental performance indicators such as waste reduction, recycling, energy usage, and resource consumption.
  • Lead initiatives to reduce paper usage, improve digital workflows, and minimize environmental impact.
  • Coordinate environmental inspections, reporting, and corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal environmental regulations.
  • Support environmental risk assessments and participate in environmental audits.
  • Train employees on environmental responsibilities, waste handling, and sustainability practices. Training & Onboarding Support
  • Coordinate HR, safety, compliance, and environmental training sessions.
  • Track completion, send reminders, and maintain audit‑ready training records.
  • Support onboarding by ensuring new hires complete all HR, safety, and environmental documentation. Required Qualifications
  • Experience in HR, compliance, safety, or administrative support roles.
  • Knowledge of environmental compliance or willingness to train into the role.
  • Excellent documentation, organization, and follow‑through skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital workflow systems.
  • Ability to manage confidential information with discretion. Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with
ISO 9001, ISO
45001, or
ISO 14001
systems.
  • Experience supporting audits or environmental inspections.

Pay:
$16.00 - $18.00 per hour
