We're looking for an enthusiastic, organized, and people-focused HRD Representative to help create an outstanding employee experience from day one and beyond. In this role, you'll: Help recruit and welcome new team members by supporting hiring and onboarding activities. Keep employee records accurate and organized while maintaining confidentiality. Answer employee questions and help connect them with the resources they need. Support employee engagement, recognition, wellness, and safety programs. Help plan company events, celebrations, and other activities that bring our teams together. Assist with HR reporting, compliance, and special projects. Partner with the HRD team to improve processes and create a positive employee experience. What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is: Friendly, approachable, and enjoys helping others. Highly organized with great attention to detail. Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. A strong communicator who enjoys working with people across the organization. Comfortable using Microsoft Office and HR systems. Knowledgeable about HR practices and employment laws—or eager to continue learning and growing. An associate degree in Human Resources or a related field (or equivalent experience) is preferred, along with previous HR or administrative experience. Competencies Knowledge of federal and state employment laws (EEO, ADA, FMLA, FLSA, OSHA, etc.) Strong understanding of confidentiality and ability to maintain sensitive information Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to build positive working relationships across all levels of the organization Problem-solving skills with ability to support process improvement and collaboration Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems Ability to consistently apply HR policies and procedures Required education and experience High School Diploma or equivalent 1-3 years of HR or administrative experience Or equivalent combination of experience and education Preferred education and experience Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred Experience with HRIS systems and HR processes strongly preferred
