Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Human Resources Coordinator to join our team and drive our HR initiatives forward. In this vital role, you will serve as a key point of contact for employee relations, talent acquisition, and HR operations. Your energetic approach will help foster a positive workplace culture, ensure compliance with employment laws, and support strategic HR functions. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to workforce management, employee development, and organizational growth through effective project management and HR best practices. Responsibilities Coordinate talent acquisition efforts by sourcing candidates through various channels, managing applicant tracking systems (ATS), and supporting interview processes. Facilitate employee orientation sessions to ensure new hires are smoothly integrated into the organization. Assist with employee evaluation processes, performance management initiatives, and training & development programs to promote continuous growth. Administer benefits programs, handle payroll processing tasks, and support benefits administration activities. Manage HR data collection, data entry, and analysis using HRIS systems such as Oracle HCM or UltiPro to support strategic planning and workforce management. Ensure compliance with employment & labor law, OSHA regulations, FMLA policies, and other legal requirements related to human resources management. Handle confidential information with integrity while maintaining effective communication across departments and supporting conflict management efforts. Experience Proven experience in an HR department role with a strong understanding of human capital management principles. Demonstrated ability in project management, organization design, and change management initiatives. Familiarity with HR sourcing strategies, personnel administration, and employment law compliance. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel data analysis), HR systems (HRIS), and payroll processing tools like UltiPro or Oracle HCM. Experience conducting employee relations activities such as conflict resolution, employee evaluations, and affirmative action planning. Knowledge of workforce management practices including succession planning, performance management, and training & development programs. Excellent communication skills paired with administrative experience in handling sensitive information within a fast-paced environment. Pay:
$25.44 - $30.64 per hour
