Full Job Description Job Description:
HR Operations Support Provides administrative support for HR processes related to new hires and employee records. Assists with routine tasks, data entry, and responding to employee inquiries while maintaining confidentiality. Core Responsibilities Process and track new hire (preboarding) activities Assist with I-9 documentation collection and entry in the system Review records for completeness and accuracy Respond to basic employee and manager questions (via email) Assist with routine data checks and flag missing or incomplete information Coordinate with internal teams or vendors for routine follow-ups Provide general administrative and clerical HR support Basic Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent 1-2 years of administrative or HR support experience Experience with general I-9 information and completion Basic skills in Microsoft Excel and Word Strong attention to detail and organization Good customer service and communication skills Ability to handle confidential information Preferred (Not Required) Experience with HR systems (e.g., E-Verify, Equifax)

$21.56 per hour
