Job Description

About this position: The HR Administrator carries the administrative side of Launch Global's Human Resources (HR) work. This role makes sure new staff are onboarded well, keeps every staff member current on background checks and abuse awareness training, and walks Goer Training Team participants through the same safety requirements before they serve. It is behind-the-scenes work that protects the people we serve and frees our teams to stay focused on reaching the unreached.
