Job Duties and Responsibilities:
As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the recruitment and hiring processes within Network Connex. You will collaborate closely with the recruitment team, HR Business Partners, hiring managers, and candidates to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment experience. Your attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and excellent communication skills will contribute to the success of our recruitment efforts.
Job Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Process all new hire request , offer letters and onboarding. Coordinate pre-employment activities, including reference checks, background checks, and drug screenings, as required . Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and excel trackers ensure data integrity. Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, such as preparing offer letters, and new hire paperwork. Participate in the onboarding process by coordinating orientation schedules and ensuring a smooth transition for new hires. Source candidates based on needs of recruitment team, assist with referral management. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an attention to detail. Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders. Proactive and resourceful mindset, with the ability to problem-solve and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Strong time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines consistently Conduct weekly new hire orientation. Coordinate and schedule interviews, in-person and virtual, ensuring all parties are well-informed of the details. Assist with the coordination of job fairs, career events, and other recruitment initiatives.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). Previous experience as a recruiting coordinator, HR assistant, or in a similar role is preferred. Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software. Bilingual skills are a plus.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to carry and lift items weighing up to 25 pounds. Must be able to speak clearly in group settings. This position will require sitting for long periods of time, walking, standing, bending, as well as using fine motor skills, such as finger dexterity.
