The Opportunity:
As HR Coordinator, you will work closely with HR and safety to ensure that company goals and missions are met.

Responsibilities:
Maintain employee files Administer weekly company reports Send weekly field communication (text system) Conduct field employee engagement surveys Answer office calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate personnel. Administer the milestone rewards and referral bonus program Help with company events that maintain our company culture Source candidates for open roles Coordinate field job postings and candidate communication Conduct preliminary phone screenings with candidates. Coordinate and schedule field interviews Onboard new hires based on the onboarding procedure. Assist with employee benefits, including open enrollment and adjustments. Support the planning and participation in job fairs and hiring events. Track employee development to ensure continuous growth and proper training Analyze training needs and build schedule to reach milestones Coordinate and schedule all company field training programs Support operations with safety & trade training and record submittals Gather feedback from customers and vendors on training effectiveness Assist in overall improvement of company training programs As a committed equal opportunity employer who strictly maintains a drug-free workplace, the company conducts pre-employment criminal, drug, and social security screening.
