Job Description

We are looking to hire a
Bilingual Workforce Coordinator General Responsibilities:
Responsible for the daily operations of Effex's workforce at a specific manufacturing site location. Liaison between client, employees, and Effex.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Work closely with Program Manager and Client Management to understand and meet needs/expectations Liaison between the production team and the Program Manager Maintain staffing levels as required by the client Ensure client orders are processed and filled timely. Track and Manage site Attendance Report Collect data for time worked and distribute, for approval, to department managers Complete on-the-job accident/injury reports and forward to Corporate WC department Direct employee on proper procedure for filing claims; direct to appropriate medical facility if necessary Handle employee department transfers and shift change requests. Conduct facility safety inspections; observe, determine & report unsafe conditions & unsafe employee actions Follow-up on payroll discrepancies Prepare and deliver disciplinary notices as needed Maintain termination paperwork and prepare Separation Notices (Submit to Corporate HR) Attend client meetings Manage time off Requests and obtain proper management approval Edit employee time punches Source and interview candidates for job openings (As needed) Maintain candidate & employee database Check candidate references, drug test, and background screenings when required Extend job offers and schedule as appropriate Schedule employees and modify schedules as needed
Education/Experience:
Previous on-site experience preferred Staffing/Recruiting experience is a plus Bilingual Spanish is a must
Skills/Competencies:
Strong computer skills. Knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel, Internet. Ability to quickly learn new systems Operate with Integrity and Ethics at all times Proven leadership ability Excellent verbal & written communication skills Rational thought processor, exercise sound judgment and independent decision maker Ability to work with minimal supervision Able to meet moving and tight deadlines Excellent problem solver and critical thinker Professional presentation in all areas; appearance, paperwork, communications Ability to work a flexible schedule
