Talascend is currently seeking an Human Resources Coordinator for a contract opportunity with our client in Houston, Texas . Overview Supports a wide range of human resources processes and administrative activities under the supervision and direction of leadership. This role helps maintain accurate human resources data, support compliance activities, and assist with personnel planning and related processes. Responsibilities Support and deliver a wide range of human resources activities, primarily administrative. Prepare consolidated human resources reports. Support the implementation of personnel planning, performance management, succession, development, and recruitment processes. Support and monitor labor law and social security compliance as directed. Support the integration of compensation and benefits tools. Ensure data integrity in human resources systems. Coordinate personnel logistics and crew change schedules in cooperation with operations. Verify personnel certifications and required visas or work permits. Organize travel and accommodations. Review daily project and personnel reports. Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel and payroll records. Qualifications High school diploma or GED equivalent. 0 to 2 years of human resources-related experience. Knowledge of human resources management methods and tools. Good administrative and time management skills. Planning and organizational skills. Excellent communication skills.
