S35 Salary PlanPrimary Purpose:
Performs technical and administrative work in support of the recruitment and selections program within Human Resources. Qualifications Education High school diploma from an accredited school or a GED. Required Experience 3 years of full-time, wage earning experience performing general clerical/secretarial duties. 2 years of full-time, wage earning experience in human resources. Additional Requirement Must have access to personal technology/equipment that allows completion of job duties while working remotely.Special Knowledge/Skills:
Knowledge of the principles and practices of recruiting and selection processes. Skill in oral and written communications. Skill to handle multiple tasks and prioritize assignments. Skill in the use of Microsoft Office to include Excel, Word, Powerpoint, and Outlook. Ability to maintain confidential and sensitive information. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.Major Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Format, type, and post job vacancies. 2. Evaluate applicant qualifications. 3. Prepare documentation and coordinate interviews. 4. Review interview paperwork for compliance with policies and procedures. 5. Coordinate background and drug screening requirements. 6. Process and maintain database of substitute teachers. 7. Maintain automated systems, files, and records. 8. Assist in developing job descriptions. 9. Perform other duties as assigned. Policy, reports, andLaw:
10. Maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive information received in the performance of the job duties. 11. Perform duties in a professional manner through daily, punctual attendance at location of work assignment..
