As our HR Business Partner, you will be looking at the direction, mission, and vision of our business and ensuring that all company policies, programs, activities, and general HR policies fall directly within those. You will also be responsible for major HR decisions, evaluating current HR policies or creating new ones to adhere to all legal and ethical guidelines, and educating both current and new employees on HR matters. The ideal candidate has an extensive understanding of HR, works well within a team environment, and has exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Responsibilities Responsible for whole recruitment process including post jobs, sourcing resumes, arranging interviews and negotiate about offer salaries; Build up the recruiting policy; Responsible for payroll, and design benefits structure to attract new hires. Organize the performance appraisal activity among staff for departments according to the appraisal policy built by head quarter in Wuxi City in China; Responsible for labor relationship including onboarding and new hire orientation ,offboarding and so on; Responsible for admin business management such as accomordation, meals, transportation, reimbursement and so on; Responsible for issues and matters distributed by head quarter in Wuxi City in China. Qualifications Degree in human resources or equivalent field desired Demonstrated experience in HR desired Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent analytical and organizational skills Deep understanding of HR laws, policies, and guidelines Familiarity with common computer programs, including the Microsoft Office suite Admin & HR Supervisor 21221 Clay Rd, Katy, TX 77449 $8,000 a month - Full-time $8,000 a month -
