What You Will Work On In this role, you will manage and coordinate employee leave processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements. You will handle documentation, maintain accurate records, and provide guidance to employees throughout their leave journey. You will also collaborate with HR and management to resolve leave-related issues promptly and efficiently. Your work will involve balancing empathy with organizational needs, ensuring a positive experience for employees while maintaining operational continuity. Who You Will Work With You will work closely with HR partners, department managers, and employees across the organization. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with diverse teams. What You Bring Bring your energy, your ideas, and your love for sports and the outdoors.
