As one of the nation's leading luxury RV retailers, we continue to grow, and we're looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented HR Coordinator to support our Human Resources team and employees across our growing organization. This position is responsible for coordinating the day-to-day operations of Human Resources, ensuring a positive employee experience, maintaining accurate employee records, supporting onboarding and benefits administration, and serving as a trusted resource for employees and managers. The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, enjoys helping people, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Essential Responsibilities Coordinate the onboarding process for all new hires, including I-9 verification, employment documentation, and new hire paperwork. Conduct new hire orientation and ensure a positive onboarding experience. Maintain accurate employee records, personnel files, and HRIS information while ensuring confidentiality. Process employee changes, including new hires, promotions, transfers, compensation changes, and terminations. Assist employees with benefits enrollment, benefits questions, and support the annual Open Enrollment process. Serve as a resource for employees regarding company policies, procedures, and HR-related questions. Coordinate employee leave documentation, including
FMLA, ADA
accommodations, Workers' Compensation, and other required documentation. Assist with payroll coordination and employee data changes as needed. Serve as a backup for payroll processing, ensuring accurate and timely payroll administration during periods of absence or increased workload Conduct exit interviews and process separation documentation. Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate HR records. Assist with HR compliance activities, audits, and recordkeeping. Support employee engagement initiatives and company communications. Assist with workers' compensation reporting and documentation. Coordinate HR projects and administrative initiatives as assigned. Build positive working relationships with employees and managers across all company locations. Maintain confidentiality while exercising sound judgment and professionalism. Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications 3-5 years of Human Resources experience required. Previous experience as an HR Coordinator is preferred. Candidates with an HR Administrative background will be considered if they have demonstrated, hands-on experience supporting a broad range of HR functions and are ready to take the next step in their career. Experience with employee onboarding, HRIS administration, benefits administration, employee record maintenance, and HR coordination. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment. Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Microsoft Teams. A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred, but not required. Equivalent work experience will be considered. Preferred Experience Experience supporting a multi-location organization. Experience with Paylocity HRIS. Experience with timecard administration, payroll processing, and payroll-related systems. Experience in retail, automotive, RV, hospitality, or another fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Experience supporting an organization with 200+ employees.
