POSITION PURPOSE
: Provide essential administrative and operational support to the Human Resources Department in the areas of recruitment, pre-employment processing, onboarding, HRIS recordkeeping, compliance documentation, employee communications, and general HR office operations. This position plays an important role in supporting a positive employee experience while ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with organizational policies and applicable employment requirements.

RESPONSIBILITIES
: Assist with the talent acquisition process, including posting job vacancies, managing the applicant tracking system, screening applications, processing applicants, conducting phone interviews and ensuring applicant information aligns with the Human Resources Information System. Provide general HR office support, including answering employee questions, tracking deadlines, organizing records, and assisting with compliance-related administrative tasks. Must be 21 years of age per licensing standards. Be able to read, write and communicate with co-workers, medical personnel and other persons necessary to care for the young adult's needs. Have a Valid Texas Driver's License. Exhibit behavior and health status that does not present a danger to young adult in care. Meet the requirements of licensing standards in regards to a criminal background check.
