Job Description
Receives, prepares, reviews, and coordinates a variety of payroll and personnel input forms. Enters required data into payroll/personnel information system. Coordinate the payroll process which includes balancing, adjusting, and reversing payroll documents; Provide documentation for IRS levies, child support payments, bankruptcy notices, and other reports. Generate tax documents, contribution reports and other payroll reports; Assist employees in making payroll deduction changes; Enter data into payroll/personnel system using a computer; Review edit reports and enter corrections as necessary; Submit requests through report generator program to prepare and run special reports. Distribute payroll reports to departments; Perform a variety of clerical duties including payroll recordkeeping and filing; Perform related duties as directed.
