Serves as Human Resources Support staff, this role plays a dual role by supporting the Human Resources Department with administrative and clerical tasks while also serving as the first point of contact for all visitors and employees entering the building. This position requires excellent organizational skills, ensuring a welcoming environment and smooth coordination of internal processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome all visitors, employees, and vendors entering the building in a professional and friendly manner. Manage sign-in/sign-out procedures and ensure visitors are properly badged Route guests and new employees to their destination within the building; communicate with department contacts as needed. Receive and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries. Maintain cleanliness and order of the front desk and lobby area. Manage general office supplies and coordinate with facility management as needed. Review incoming resumes for open positions and help identify potential candidates based on job qualifications. Support the recruitment process by helping schedule interviews and track applicant status. Perform other HR administrative tasks as needed. Education, Training, & Experience (including licensure & certification) High school diploma or equivalent required. 1-2 Years of experience in administrative support, HR, or reception roles. Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to Manage multiple tasks with accuracy and efficiency. Professional demeanor and high level of discretion with confidential information. Professional appearance and demeanor at all times. Friendly, approachable, and service-oriented personality.
