Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Human Resources (HR) Assistant to join our team in Midland, Texas. This is a long-term contract position offering the opportunity to support key HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and administrative coordination. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to supporting both internal teams and external clients.
Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate recruitment processes, including candidate sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
  • Coordinate and execute orientations and onboarding activities to ensure smooth transitions for employees.
  • Manage administrative tasks such as scanning, filing, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Collaborate with HR leadership to support employee relations and ensure compliance with policies.
  • Assist in organizing meetings, appointments, and schedules to optimize departmental efficiency.
  • Ensure proper documentation and tracking in HRIS systems.
  • Handle background checks and verification processes for prospective employees.
  • Provide attentive communication and support to internal teams and external clients.
  • Support full-cycle recruiting efforts, including sourcing and utilizing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Contribute to enhancing HR processes and procedures to improve overall operations.
