Job Description:
We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Support to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential administrative, clerical, and reception support to the office. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Administrative Assistant to support our expanding operations team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working collaboratively across departments and dispatching. Additional responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Prepare delivery and pick-up paperwork for equipment sent to customer locations Review and quality-check field paperwork for accuracy and completeness Maintain and update the job calendar Submit and manage 811 One Call requests Assist with maintenance and repair tickets, including fleet-related tasks Support Accounts Receivable (A/R) and Accounts Payable (A/P) as needed Perform general office duties such as answering phones, filing, and administrative support Strong multitasking and organizational skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Prior experience handling large volumes of field paperwork / dispatching is a plus Familiarity with fleet operations and basic accounting tasks preferred Ability to adapt and assist across various departments as needed

Authorized to Work in the U.S.
Reliable Source of Transportation Excellent Computer Literacy:
using tools such as billing software, iPads, KPA, SLACK etc. 2+ years of dispatch experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills High school diploma or equivalent required Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to perform essential job duties including standing and walking up to 4 hours at a time. Perform all essential functions repeatedly such as lift and carry items weighing up to 30 lbs. Ability to climb, balance, and stand on stairs and ladders. Why Join Our Team?
