Our client is looking for an Outside Sales Representative to join their team in Odessa, TX. They are a leading provider of artificial lift equipment, specializing in beam pumping unit (BPU) systems that support efficient and reliable oilfield production. This role focuses on driving long-term growth in the Permian Basin by building strong customer relationships, delivering technical solutions, and positioning BPU products and services to succeed in a competitive market.

Responsibilities:
Develop a deep understanding of customer needs, business drivers, and market segments within the Permian Basin Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through technical expertise, integrity, and high-quality service Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory developments to inform sales strategies Develop and execute sales strategies specific to beam pumping unit (BPU) systems and related services Influence customer specifications and requirements for BPU equipment and solutions Prepare proposals in response to customer needs, RFQs, and RFPs, while effectively communicating technical value Provide informal quotes and recommend tailored solutions to meet customer objectives Identify and develop new product and service opportunities to strengthen the BPU portfolio Participate in bid strategy development for key opportunities Maintain and update contacts, leads, and opportunities within the CRM system Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver a best-in-class customer experience Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to long-term regional growth Qualifications/Skills Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills Solid technical background in artificial lift, preferably with beam pumping unit (BPU) systems Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed in a competitive sales environment Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach to sales Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems (preferably Salesforce) Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field preferred 10-15 years of experience in oil & gas production, artificial lift, or BPU systems Prior experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce preferred Production-related experience considered a strong asset #INDOMNI
