$15.00 - $17.00 per hour (Negotiable based on experience) Position Summary Angelitos Home Health Care is seeking detailed-oriented and bilingual Human Resources Representatives to support daily HR and administrative operations. This role will primarily assist the Human Resources Director and play a key role in payroll support, employee records, and general office administration. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and comfortable working with confidential information. Duties and Responsibilities Assist the Human Resources Director with daily HR functions and administrative tasks Process and maintain employee timesheets and assist with payroll preparation Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail Assist with paying company bills, including utilities and other vendor invoices Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation Enter and track data using QuickBooks and Excel spreadsheets Provide general administrative and HR support as assigned Ensure confidentiality and compliance with company policies Qualifications & Requirements High School Diploma required College degree in Business or a related field preferred Six (6) months of experience in Human Resources or a related field preferred Bilingual in English and Spanish required Knowledge of QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel required Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask and work in a professional office environment
