CDS in Texas is looking for an Entry-Level Onboarding Coordinator to join our New Hire team and play a key role in supporting individuals with disabilities and their caregivers. About CDS in

What You'll Do:
As an Onboarding Coordinator , you'll be the first point of contact for new hires, ensuring a smooth and compliant onboarding process.
Your responsibilities will include:
Verifying and processing new hire documentation in accordance with program rules Assisting with I-9 compliance , background checks, and state registry verifications Creating and maintaining employee files and demographic records Managing a caseload of clients and employees , ensuring all paperwork is complete Communicating with employers and employees to resolve onboarding issues Coordinating with other departments to ensure a seamless hiring experience Handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to all regulatory requirements ?
What You Bring:
High school diploma or GED (required) Bilingual in Spanish (preferred) 1-2 years of experience in a healthcare or administrative setting (preferred) Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Word and ability to learn agency-specific software Typing speed of 35 WPM with 80% accuracy A positive, empathetic, and proactive attitude Why Join CDS in Texas?
