Job Description
Werelooking for anorganized, dependable, andsolutions-focused Scheduling Assistantto support the daily scheduling needs of our home care agency. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys staying organized, communicating with people, solving problems quickly, and helping keep daily operations running smoothly. WhatYoullDo Manage the EVV & Attendance Hotline/Dashboard, monitoringcall-outs, missed or shortened shifts, late arrivals, EVV discrepancies, and attendance concerns while ensuringtimelyfollow-up and resolution. Support daily scheduling and staffing needsby helping fill open shifts, coordinating coverage, managing schedule changes, and arranging make-up hours within the same work week whenever possible. Communicate withCare Teamand clientsregardingattendance, availability, coverage, and schedule changes whileidentifyingrecurring attendance or scheduling patterns that require Care Team attention. Support the Care Team Coordinatorwith Care Team/client schedules,Care TeamPhone Line overflow, andadditionalscheduling, compliance, and administrative tasksas needed. Who Were Looking For High School Diploma or GED isrequired. College education preferred; relevant work experience will also be considered. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred Highly organizedand able to manage multiple priorities. Dependable and consistent with follow-through. Comfortable making and receiving frequent phone calls, and is a strong,professional communicator. Experiencein customer service ispreferred. Detail-oriented and comfortable working with scheduling systems and technology. Must be proactivewhenyou notice problems and work toward solutionsand seeking guidance/escalating issues asappropriate. Comfortable working independently while stayingclosely connectedwith the Careand BillingTeam Home care, healthcare scheduling, EVV, staffing, or administrative experience is a plus, but notrequiredfor the right candidate.
